PawsNWhiskersWonderland partners with Printify for our print-on-demand products. This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and handled in accordance with Printify’s terms and conditions.


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All products are made to order through Printify’s network of third-party print providers.
  • Processing times vary based on product type and demand, typically ranging from 2-7 business days before shipment.
  • Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

2. Shipping Information

  • Shipping times depend on the destination and the selected shipping method at checkout.
  • Estimated shipping times:
    • USA: 3-7 business days
    • International: 5-20 business days
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.
  • Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or peak seasons are beyond our control.

3. Returns & Exchanges

As all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with the product.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
  • Printify will review the claim and, if approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at their discretion.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for a replacement.

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • If an order is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier, we will work with Printify to provide a replacement.
  • Refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
